May Faire Festival Vendor Call

Vendors Set up at 8AM, Doors open at 9AM.
The May Faire Festival invites all vendors to join us for this year’s highly anticipated celebration, in conjunction with the Spring West Side Walk! This vibrant event will take place on May 3rd at Dragonfly Hall in Gravois Mills, Missouri. We are looking for a wide range of vendors to showcase their products and services to the community, including Farmers Market, Swap, and Flea Market vendors.
Vendor Slots Available:
12×12 Vendor Slots – $40
Limited 8×8 Vendor Slots – $38
Limited 5×8 Vendor Slots – $28
Outdoor Vendor Slots 12×12 – $25
Vendor Guidelines:
Note for Direct Sales Vendors: Commercial direct sales vendors (such as Scentsy) will be limited to one representative per company to ensure a balanced shopping experience.
Additional Amenities: If you require electricity, tables, or chairs, there will be an additional fee. Please request these when submitting your application.
Space Rental Payment: The space rental fees apply for the entire event duration. Once your application is accepted, a deposit will be required to secure your reservation. Full payment, including any additional amenities, must be received to confirm your spot. This payment is non-refundable.
Early Departure Notice: We kindly ask vendors to notify us if they plan to leave the event early.

Free Wifi: Stay connected with complimentary wifi throughout the event.
Morning Coffee & Hot Tea/Chocolate Bar: Enjoy a cozy treat with coffee, hot tea, and rich hot chocolate to kick off the day.
Lunch & Iced Tea: A selection of lunch options will be available, with iced tea to keep you refreshed.
