 n\nVendors Set up at 8AM\, Doors open at 9AM.\n\nThe May Faire Festival i
 nvites all vendors to join us for this year’s highly anticipated celebra
 tion\, in conjunction with the Spring West Side Walk! This vibrant event w
 ill take place on May 3rd at Dragonfly Hall in Gravois Mills\, Missouri. 
 We are looking for a wide range of vendors to showcase their products and 
 services to the community\, including Farmers Market\, Swap\, and Flea Mar
 ket vendors.\n\nVendor Slots Available:\n\n12x12 Vendor Slots – $40\n\n
 Limited 8x8 Vendor Slots – $38\n\nLimited 5x8 Vendor Slots – $28\n\n
 Outdoor Vendor Slots 12x12 – $25\n\nVendor Guidelines:\nNote for Direct
  Sales Vendors: Commercial direct sales vendors (such as Scentsy) will be
  limited to one representative per company to ensure a balanced shopping 
 experience.\n\n\nAdditional Amenities: If you require electricity\, table
 s\, or chairs\, there will be an additional fee. Please request these when
  submitting your application.\n\n\nSpace Rental Payment: The space rental
  fees apply for the entire event duration. Once your application is accept
 ed\, a deposit will be required to secure your reservation. Full payment\,
  including any additional amenities\, must be received to confirm your spo
 t. This payment is non-refundable.\n\n\n\nEarly Departure Notice: We kind
 ly ask vendors to notify us if they plan to leave the event early.\n\nEven
 t Amenities:\n\nFree Wifi: Stay connected with complimentary wifi through
 out the event.\n\nMorning Coffee &amp\; Hot Tea/Chocolate Bar: Enjoy a co
 zy treat with coffee\, hot tea\, and rich hot chocolate to kick off the da
